Getting Started with Our Complimentary Services
MEMBER ORIENTATION
Shula's Athletic Club offers new and current members an equipment orientation with one of our Trainers. The orientation consists of a general tour of our facility as well as a hands-on practice using our Cardiovascular Equipment including treadmills, elliptical and bicycles, Circuit Express Room, and Weight Room. Sign up with our sales managers.
Personal Training
Personal Training at Shula's Athletic Club is the ultimate fitness experience with a personal touch guaranteed to help you achieve results. Personal Training is for people of all ages, body types, and various levels of health and fitness. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, reduce stress or simply just to feel good, Personal Training is an intangible service that allows you to reap the benefits in years to come.

Fun for the Whole Family
Group Exercise Classes
Starting out in a group exercise class is a good way to get started if you are relatively fit to begin with. These classes can help you build the stamina you need to focus on weight training and cardio workouts. The best part is that the Group Exercise Classes and Youth Programs are available for members and nonmembers. Tennis
Our tennis facilities consist of 9 tennis courts including 5 clay courts. All courts are lighted to enjoy evening play. Reserve a tennis court one hour prior to playing at no charge. Participate in leagues, social events, and tournaments as well as after school tennis lessons for kids. For pricing information speak to the Front Desk. Youth Programs
Our after school youth programs allow your child to participate in fun, age-appropriate activities. The following classes promote physical education, sport, and lifestyle activities that will support healthy living. Child Care Nursery
You can maintain the fitness regimen a parent especially needs, and we’ll take care of your children. We offer a safe, bright and spacious area for your children to play while you work out.
