He holds multiple certifications in the Industry, inclusive are NASM’s three main certifications (Certified personal trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Exercise Specialist), also a Corrective Exercise Certification from The Posture Restoration Institute. Rickie is an educated professional with years of experience helping others take control of their health and living life to the fullest.
Rickie has been an astute learning his entire life and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, especially when it comes to life-style changes and nutritional modifications. The health, fitness, wellness, and overall well-being of every member at Shula’s Athletic Club is his main priority, that is an undertaking he takes very seriously. Whether a member is involved in personal training or not, Rickie is always available and committed to providing any advice or help for others to achieve their goals.
