Shula’s Athletic Club is known for offering a variety of youth programs in a family oriented atmosphere in both and indoor and outdoor setting. The programs we offer encourages our kids to learn, grow, play, and have fun as they develop their abilities while participating in a well-organized and supervised group. Here at Shula’s Athletic Club we pride ourselves in having year round programs which allows participants to stay active and involved.Youth sports offers opportunities to play in leagues throughout the year. Because programs are so large, we register participants one to two months in advance. Here is a list of the major sport leagues.
RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS is one of today’s most beautiful sport. It involves a combination of dance, gymnastics and the use of hand-held apparatus including: ropes, balls, hoops, clubs and ribbons. Classes are open to girls ages 4 & up, beginning to advance levels. Classes will meet twice a week. This program is coached by Ana T. Roche, who was a member of the Cuban Rhythmic Gymnastics Olympic Team and is an active member of the United States Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation. Ana competed for 10 years consecutive years in National and International competitions.

Tumbling Program is also another opportunity for you to enroll your child in a fun, yet safe activity which give children self-confidence while improving coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance. (NO APPARATUS IS USED)

JUNIOR TENNIS is a camp for young athletes to come and vastly improve their tennis game, work hard, make new friends and have a lot of fun. Our goal is to give players the opportunity to hit thousands of balls, improve their technique, and be challenged by some of the best players in their peer group. Beginners, tournament players and top ranked juniors from all over the world come to our beautiful 9 court facility to participate in our intense program.
Juniors are welcome all year-round, especially during school holidays and breaks. Our camps combine technical instruction and drilling from a highly professional full-time coaching staff, fitness training, supervised match play, and a variety of evening social activities. Work hard – play hard is the way of life at Shula’s.
